BellCue

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 7, 2026

The short version. BellCue is a bell-schedule app. You may use it on your Apple devices for your own scheduling. The free version shows ads; BellCue Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription, billed by Apple, that removes ads and unlocks the Apple Watch app, widgets, and schedule sharing. The app is provided "as is" — always confirm important times against your school's official schedule.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BellCue app ("BellCue", "the app", "we", "us"), published by Aurumiti LLC, which operates the EI Brainiac brand. By downloading or using BellCue you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms; where they conflict for App Store distribution, Apple's EULA controls.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BellCue on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

2. BellCue Pro subscription

3. Free version and advertising

The free version of BellCue is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. By using the free version you agree to the display of ads and the related data processing described in our Privacy Policy. Upgrading to BellCue Pro removes ads.

4. Accuracy and acceptable use

BellCue helps you track bell times you enter or import, but schedules can change and the app depends on your device's clock, settings, and the data you provide. BellCue is a convenience tool, not an official source. Always verify important times against your school's official schedule. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or misuse it.

5. User-created and shared schedules

You are responsible for the schedules you create and for any schedule you choose to share or import (for example, via a .bellcue file or QR code). Only import schedules from sources you trust. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-shared content.

6. Intellectual property

BellCue, including its software, design, and the BellCue name and logo, is owned by Aurumiti LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. BellCue and EI Brainiac are trademarks of Aurumiti LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

BellCue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications and countdowns will always be timely or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurumiti LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed classes, missed events, or reliance on times shown by the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of BellCue at any time. We may also update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Apple as a third-party beneficiary

These Terms are between you and Aurumiti LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any app-related support or warranty claims should be directed to us, not Apple, except as required by Apple's EULA.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection laws give you additional rights that cannot be waived.
